Why should I register?

First of all, registering is optional. You can pass an order as guest. Creating an account when ordering keeps you from entering all your information again when coming back to our website. It also makes it easier for us to provide you with support (say if the deliveryman can’t find you). We encourage you to register and promise we never use your details to spam you.

If I register, will I receive newsletters from you?

We only send newsletters to subscribers (opt-in). Those subscribers receive our newsletter from time to time, informing of new products, offering special deals, etc. You are able to unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the related link in the newsletter.

Where do I find voucher codes and special deals?

Subscribe to our newsletter, follow our Facebook page or check our website every now and then. These are the three ways to stay informed about our special deals and web vouchers!

I live outside of Switzerland, can I order ?

Yes. Delivery fees are based on your shipping address country. Simply choose the country you desire to ship to when checking out on our website. If your country is missing from the list, please get in touch with us: info@helvetiq.ch

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the delivery option you choose, delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 days in Switzerland and 5 to 10 days outside Switzerland. Estimated delivery times are indicated for each delivery option when you pass an order.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

Please email us at info at helvetiq ch. We will get in touch with you in the following 48 hours at the latest and explain how to exchange your product, for free.

I ordered the wrong game or the wrong language, what do I do?

Please email us at info at helvetiq ch, we will get in touch with you in the following 48 hours at the latest. You will then be able to return the product and we send you a new one. If you realize you have received the wrong product, please do not take off the plastic wrapping.



Who creates Helvetiq products?

Ideas are born from brainstormings and coffee machine conversations. They are then discussed in the team and when we love them long enough, we go for them. Most of our publications originate within our team. We also welcome submissions.

Are you so much in love with Switzerland?

Aren’t you? ;-) Yes, we are! With our different backgrounds, each one of us perceives Switzerland in a different way but we are all convinced of how much fun the country is!


In how many languages does the Helvetiq game exist?

Helvetiq, The Swiss Game, is available in 4 languages: French, German, Italian and English. When ordering, take care to indicate which language you would like by rolling down the language menu.

Does Helvetiq contain all the information needed for becoming a Swiss citizen?

Almost :) You will also need to learn about your canton and commune to pass the test.
